Account Deletion Policy

This Account Deletion Policy explains how you can delete your Ribaso account, what happens to the information associated with it and the timelines Ribaso Software Solutions Private Limited ("Ribaso", "we", "us" or "our") follows. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.

1. How to Request Deletion

You may request deletion of your Ribaso account and the personal information associated with it at any time. Ribaso provides the following ways to do so:

• In-app: open the Ribaso app, go to Profile or Settings, select Account and then Delete Account, and confirm the request; or
• By email: write to support@ribaso.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

2. What Happens After a Deletion Request

• We verify that the request comes from the account holder;
• Your account is deactivated and access to the Ribaso platform is disabled;
• Your profile details, login credentials, contact information and business workflow records created under your account (clients, RFQs, quotes, follow-ups, renewals, policy records and commission entries) are deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days of verification;
• Residual copies present in encrypted backups are removed or overwritten in the normal backup rotation, ordinarily within 90 days; and
• Information that Ribaso is required to retain under applicable law, including tax, accounting, invoicing and statutory records, is retained only for the period prescribed by law and is not used for any other purpose.

3. Organisation and Workspace Accounts

Where you use Ribaso under an organisation's or brokerage's subscription, the data in that workspace belongs to that organisation. In such cases we will delete your individual user account, and requests to delete workspace-level records must come from the organisation's administrator.

4. Important Notes

Deletion is permanent

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Deleting the mobile app alone does not delete your account.

Active subscriptions

Any active subscription is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
